  • Abstract
    In order to optimize the Internet traffic, introduce the related technology in this paper with a multiple decision model. The P4P Internet traffic optimize technology has good experimental effects. There currently exists three parts for P4P including creation party, following party and alternative party. By accounting the different party technical ability, price, and network topology leak risk weight as the telecommunication operator introduce technology suggestion. The result shows that analysis conditions for selected the different technology providers can provide theoretical references for decision making of telecom operator.
