Abstract :
According to the fluctuation in time which extracted from Celestial bodies Tidal Force (CTF), the paper uses the data of NCEP (National Centers for Environmental Prediction) to analysis the temperature abnormal increase before the MsS.l earthquake that occurred in Wen´an, Hebei province of China on July 4, 2006. The temperature change around the epicenter goes through: initial temperature rise →enhancement →reaching peak →attenuation →return to baseline, it may reveal the fault activities under tectonics stress: tectonic movement extrusion →rock micro-breakage →rock breaking enhancement →energy accumulation →shaking→ tranquil. On the other sides, the earthquake only occurred at the special cycle of CTF, while there is no noticeable temperature anomaly variation or earthquakes occurred in other cycles of CTF, it indicated that the CTF has a triggering effect on the activity of a fault only at the time when the terra stress is in critical status.
