Arrangement of the Life Cycle Cost Influence Factors Based on System Dynamics

Applying the method of system dynamics theory, the twelve factors that have influence on life cycle cost were analyzed dynamically, and the important extent of the effect that these factors act on life cycle cost was studied. Through simulated calculation and discussion, the magnitude order of the effect that these factors act on life cycle cost was obtained, which can provide significant references for life cycle cost influence factors filtration, bases for life cycle cost calculation modeling of the main factors, and a new way for life cycle cost management decision making.
