  • Abstract
This paper aims to study how to obtain the integration of human resources in the process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. By introducing the scales of cultural conflict to measure and analyze, based on a large number of cases of China enterprises being studied, the result shows that the lack of effective communication in all of cultural conflicts is the most important factor for the difficulties of human resources management. Thus, using effective cultural integration and localization of the salary system is the key to achieve the integration of human resources in the process of transnational mergers.
