Abstract :
The continuous products supply process arising from common manufacturing supply chain which consists of one supplier and several downstream customer which had continuous demand is under considered. An integrated procedure is adopted to mitigate the potential supply risk. A modifying CLSP model is built, and a rule-based heuristics algorithm is developed to solve it. By this risk-oriented continuous supply strategy, we can determine the near-optimal production planning of supplier by every limitations and constraints, and it achieved better than the plans made by human experience both in efficiency and effectiveness.
