Evaluation of Technological Innovation Ability for High-tech Enterprises Based on Osculating Value Method

Technological innovation ability is the key factor for high-tech enterprise to obtain and keep the core competitiveness. In order to continuously improve this ability, effective evaluation is needed. First, index system of technological innovation is constructed. The four important innovation abilities are given. Second, osculating value method is used to evaluate the innovation system because of the advantages of objectiveness of this method. The detailed evaluation steps are given. Finally, a case study which includes four high-tech enterprises is represented to verify the effectiveness of this method.
