The Research of SME Development´s Model in Low-carbon Economy Era

On account of the problems appearing in the model of SMEs ´s development in China, reseach the inevitably of SMEs development model changes in low-carbon economy paradigm, according to the low carbon economy in the current and future development trends, proposed that SMEs must change ideas of the development, achieve innovation of the development mode, and create a recycling economy development model, by means of establishing the Enterprises strategic alliance to cope with low-carbon technology research and development problems, take an active part in the carbon system certification for qualification to enhance SMEs´ competitiveness in the low-carbon economy era.
