  • Abstract
    Nowadays, with the rapid development of e-commerce, online group purchase has attracted a large number of consumers to join in because of its low price and new mode. Online group purchase (C2B mode), integrated e-commerce with offline consume, web2.0, Internet advertising and other factors. It is a innovative business mode, and market prospect is optimistic. However, the phenomenon that online group-purchase consumers felt not satisfied occurred frequently. In order to improve Chinese group-purchase website customer satisfaction, it was urgently to construct the evaluation index system. After investigating Chinese online group-purchase customers and group-purchase websites, this paper divided the evaluation index system of Chinese group-purchase website into 5 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes, and then clearly analyzed and defined them.
