Research on Cooperation Mechanism of "Production, Education and Research" in University Science Park

University Science Park has played an important role in training innovative talents, establishing high-tech businesses, promoting development of high-tech industries over the past 20 years. However, there is big difference between current status and the expected one. The article aims to discuss interested relationships between University Science Park and other related subjects: universities, enterprises in the park, local governments, country, technology and education departments at all levels of province from the perspective of New Institutional Economics, conduct related theoretical explanation for the cooperation efficiency of interested parties of Production, Education & Research in the development of University Science Park, explore internal cooperation mechanism and external system, which mainly includes dynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, communication & coordination mechanism and so on, in the hope of promoting the sound development of University Science Park.
