Research on the Cost Control of PK Highway Construction Project

Cost control is an important mean to reduce expense and to win the profit in a construction project. Oriented towards the PK Highway construction project, this paper lays out the construction cost plan for the third section of the highway by using project cost management methods. In addition, EVM (earned value management) is used to control the cost during the project construction, so as to ensure all the expenses are under control, and to enhance the competitive advantage of the company.
