Abstract :
This paper focuses on the key factors influencing technological innovation process, through which some tentative interpretations of industrial structure change would be made from the perspective of technological innovation. In this paper, the decision-making Test and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) analysis method has been used to analysis the result of the interview with 14 experts from related fields, from which 3 factors have been extracted from 11 pre-set factors for its stronger centrality and influence -- which are production method, product function and knowledge.
