Abstract
Knowledge transfer is the core of the school-enterprise cooperation and exists not only between organizations, but also individuals, which is the ultimate goal of knowledge transfer. Knowledge transfer contains four types, namely, socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, every type has its corresponding context, which is offered by ´ba´ that is a place where information is interpreted to become knowledge. In order to realize the knowledge transfer efficiently without obstacles, it has to analyze the existing contexts and create the new ones. For e-commerce major, it has to combine with its professional characteristics as well to ensure the smooth knowledge transfer between colleges and enterprises, students and enterprises´ members, students and teachers so as to gain the talents fitting with the requirements of enterprises.
