Abstract
In the new age, the teaching of Computer Culture Foundation Course shouldn´t focus mainly on windows, office and internet, instead, they should aim at popularizing the information literacy of university students. Additionally, Computer Culture Foundation Course should be the best carrier for this aim. This dissertation will discuss the topic from various aspects like instructional objectives, the main idea for the reform, the content and method of teaching and so on.
