Research on the general ideas and target mode of the reform and development for sports management system in the university

The universities athletics produces with the reform and development of higher education and athletics sports. But many problems has directly affected its healthy and sustainable development such as low, standstill management, inferior self-development ability, and etc. Among them, the basic reason is the backwardness of our management system. In order to study the athletics management system of universities in china under new situations, in this paper, we discussed the general ideas, target mode of the reform and development for sports management system in the university. Based on deep analyzing the necessity of reforming and developing the sports management system in universities, according the situation and requirements of the politics, economy, social reform and development, we proposed general ideas and target mode of the reform and development for sports management system in the university from the perspective of theoretical research.
