Abstract

To meet the information demand of community health management, health management meaning and its requirement is analyzed, main work content of community health management is provided, medical information education platform (MIEP) is set up by network technology and medical information education method to share disease information for community citizen, disease cure record, physical examination result and health condition record are covered in this information platform, application of community chronic disease management is discussed, several advantages of MIEP application in community health management are summarized.
