Abstract :
This paper analyzed the present situation of Cartography teaching website of quality course. Then it put up that teaching website of quality course belonged to the distance-education, which needed instructions of teaching design theory inevitably. It gave advices on how to improve the situation, which were designing study scene, case study and setting up cooperative platform.
