Abstract :
By integrating most tools and websites of genome-wide analysis, a platform has been developed to provide simple sequences analysis for researchers to teach and independently study. Presently, more and more researchers focus their attention on genetic area, yet it is still challenging for biomedical researchers to access and analyze the exponentially expanding volume of genomic sequences and functional data. This paper presents such a platform that facilitates teaching and study of genome-wide analysis as well as provides links, operational approaches and steps of websites. This platform does play an effective role in bioinformatics and biomedical fields.
