    Superheater tube rupture fault simulation model is established in this paper, and typical fault sample data are obtained though the model, fuzzy neural network is applied to train the sample data through simulation experiments, and the simulation results are with a certain degree of accuracy. This provides a reference for the study of marine boiler superheater tube rupture fault diagnosis.
