Abstract
The rapid development of higher education in china is closely connected with its resource allocation of higher education with the establishment and perfection of socialist market economy as the background. Market as resource allocation method is the most effective means in current resource allocation in China. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to its inherent flaws to put the resource into the place where it is needed most. On the base of introduction of scarcity and allocation methods of higher education, this paper analyzes the current condition and problems of higher education resource allocation, then put forward some countermeasures, and lastly points out the consumption tendency of higher education.
