Abstract
Whether higher vocational education can form its own features and train qualified personnel who can be employed smoothly and play the role in the first line of production and market, the key depends on whether it is closely integrated with the economic and social development, with production and management practice of enterprise. To train qualified talents through school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the higher vocational education to culture qualified personnel for the first line of production, construction, management and service. This article summarized the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation, analyzed the significance of training highly skilled personnel through school-enterprise cooperation and proposed the main form of training high-skilled personnel by school-enterprise cooperation.
