Abstract :
In this paper, the author shows the digital media distribution affects the life of modern society. The evidences provided the facts that digital media making a change in entertainment activities, online sales, and the popularity of internet radio and so on. From this change, Digital Right Management (DRM) is crucial to protect content providers´ interest, as mentioned in this paper. Digital Right Management (DRM) will be a tool for both provider and user. We present advantages to show that this tool can work on various media contents.
