Abstract :
The lag of English education in rural primary school is closely related to teacher professionalization, students learning condition and teaching resources. In order to solve the existing problems and improve rural English education, it is necessary to analyze and discuss the factors of the lag of English education in rural primary school, and to put forward the countermeasures.
