Abstract :
The health care systems realize a specifically activity, the treatment of the patients with the final scope to reintegrate them in their familiar and professional life. The paper presents the basically objectives of the health care systems and make a synthesis, using the Ishikawa method, of the principal activities in the basically components of the health care systems to realize the objectives of the medical establishment, with the goal to realize a best coordination of these activities by the health care management system.
