Abstract :
In paper the targets selection method based on Doppler features of phase structure an echo-signal is considered. Sounding of the targets is carried out by a noise signal, providing high reserve and a noise stability of system. The idea of orthogonal decomposition of a signal and exact representation of function is put in a basis of a method on discrete set of points by full system of basic functions. The algorithm of calculation of spectral estimations on the sample of a signal limited in time is constructed. The algorithm allows to calculate spectral estimations quasiperiodical processes with characteristic frequencies from 0,1 up to 10 Hz. Stability and noise immunity of algorithm is investigated. It is shown, that unlike known methods of the spectral super resolution the offered method does not give false spectral when the signal/noise ratio decreased.
