Abstract
A computationally simple method is presented to compute real polynomial coefficients for the spectral Capon/MUSIC rooting algorithm. The method is based on the conjugate symmetric property of the data covariance matrix and the properties of the conformal transformation matrix derived in this paper. The method provides low computational complexity only with O(2N2) real flops.
