Abstract :
The problem of track association with systematic error between radar networks is researched. ECEF (Earth-centered-Earth-fixed) coordinate is taken as the common reference coordinate, and multi threshold is used to carry out track association. The coarse threshold is based on the different sensors´ measurement. The sampling variance that obtained by sequence error is taken as the history track correction threshold. Finally, the unsolved tracks are distinguished by global optimization method. The simulation result shows the effectiveness of the methods.
