  • Abstract
    We present a silicon photonic integrated circuit for multiplexing and demultiplexing beams with orbital angular momentum (OAM) into single-mode waveguides. Successful demultiplexing of nine azimuthally polarized OAM modes show potential for spatial multiplexing.
