  • Abstract
    We propose an adaptive carrier-phase-estimation (CPE) technique, which automatically optimizes the block length of CPE. It is demonstrated to achieve the best performance in a long-haul 112-Gb/s PDM-QPSK system with and without 10-Gb/s OOK channels.
