Abstract
In this paper a robust modelling method of a interacting pressure tank process with structured parametric perturbations has been used which results in a model in Linear Fractional Transformation (LFT) form. The LFT form of the system can be generated from the model of the system, Based on these modelling paradigms robust stability and performance tests have been applied for three types of control namely the H-inf control, H-inf loop shaping and μ-synthesis. Also the comparison for these three controllers are made and shown that the closed-loop system retains robust stability, while improving the tracking performance exceptionally well.
