Abstract :
Problems encountered due to size reduction of transistor in fabrication of integrated circuits leads us to switch to a new paradigm, which uses these fundamental effects as working principles. Quantum-Dots are used as basic building blocks for this new paradigm. In this paper we discuss the implementation of a Look Up Table (LUT) using this Quantum-Dot Cellular Automata (QCA). The software used to simulate the QCA circuit is QCADesigner Tool.
