Abstract :
The inverter in conventional BLDC motors use hard switching technique, due to which it has low switching frequency and high losses. Active Clamp resonant DC link is proposed to use with BLDC motor. In this paper the performance of BLDC motor using ACRDCL inverter and conventional RDCL is analyzed. The simulation results are found to be in agreement with the expected outcome.
