  • Abstract
    ZnS -MnS nano composite has been prepared through a chemical route, namely the microwave assisted solvothermal method. The nano structure of the prepared nano particles have been analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM).Conductivity and Impedance measurements were carried out on the pelletized sample.. The sizes of as prepared nano particles are found to be in 1-6nm range. Electrical properties were enhanced than the end members.
