Abstract :
This paper deals with the synchronization of MOPA KrF laser system. In this study, the delay and jitter of all parts of MOPA system has been carried out. Specially, delay and jitter of the switches has been tested under various under-voltage and laser energy, the optimization of the switches operating range is obtained. The results were shown that the jitter of switches is less than 3ns and total jitter of the MOPA system is less than 10ns, therefore synchronization of the MOPA system came true.
