Abstract :
The work is devoted to investigation and optimization of characteristics of principally new design of microwave generator diode unit of reflecting triode type with virtual cathode (VC). The main idea is realization of positive feedback coupling using TEM-wave between “generator” part of the reflecting triode (VC formation area) and the area of electron flux formation (cathode - mesh-anode gap).
