Abstract :
HL-IIA KrF laser system is rebuilt, based on the HL-II electron beam accelerator. The pulse power system, including a V/N type laser triggered gas switch and two 10Ω output lines, is described. The system is being testing and adjusted. Under dummy condition, it has reached the design levels.
