  • Abstract
    Short microwave pulse generation by the laser plasma in Utsunomiya University is presented. We are using two methods; one is called DARC(DC to AC Radiation Converter) which uses interaction between a periodic electrostatic wave and laser created ionization front propagating speed of light. Another is pulse slicing by the laser created overdense plasma in the waveguide. In the both experiments, we observed short microwave pulses of the order of nano second.
