Abstract :
In the report the project of the powerful generator of X-rays of with accumulated energy 3,2MJ is considered on the basis of a circuitry with an inductive energy store. In a load (vacuum or the plasma diode) is generated impulse of power by duration up to 100 ns at voltage 1 MB and current 10 ... 15 MA. For shaping impulse the electrically exploding wires and a plasma-opening switch are used. Depending on a type of a load (diode, wire liner) the streams of X-rays in ranges of energy 20 ... 100 keV and 0.1 ... 1.5 keV are created. The density of a stream of X-rays in ranges of energy 20 ... 100 keV reaches 10 cal/cm2 on the area 30 cm2 and 0.1 ... 0.14 cal/cm2 on the area 1 m2.
