Abstract :
The nanosecond PP X-ray apparatus is developed in Institute of Electrophysics Russian Academy of Science. The high-voltage generator is collected on completely solid-state system of switching. Exception of spark arresters allows achieving practically unlimited resource of work, and high frequency (up to 5 kHz) of following of pulses. For the target cascade the tube with the cold ceramic-metal cathode is developed. In a product the original scientific achievements received for last 10 years are incorporated and allowed to lift target capacity X-ray nanosecond generators in hundreds times.
