Abstract :
Metals, alloys, metal systems modification, thin films and nanosized powders production by IPIB and IPEB with their physical mechanisms and mathematical models, including different applications in different technologies are presented in detail in our paper. We pay attension to dislocation density increasing and hardening at high depths of mete Is under intense ion beams.
