Abstract :
It is shown that Kvartskhava structures - relaxed state of plasma with local mechanic-thermodynamic equilibrium retaining integral quantities for current and pressure J0=∫v∫dxdy·j, P0=∫∫dxdy·p· and for the characteristic pinch profile relation p=A0c-1jz. In such a case it is possible to make for structures non-equilibrium thermodynamics and in the analysis of experimental results on evolved stage of pinch discharge (Self-consistent parameters method LMTE).
