Abstract
Switched capacitor voltage converters (also known as charge pumps) are used for on-chip internal voltage generation. There are several techniques known in the art for designing low noise charge pumps. This paper reveals pros and cons of low noise charge pump different design techniques. Simulation results in 90 nm CMOS technology are presented.
