Abstract :
The paper deals with the problem of dynamic control of clock signal freqeuncy in dependence of chip temperature. Some behavioural thermal models dedicated for high frequency circuits were created in MATLAB environment and tested. Additionally idea of prediction of temperature changes and its usage in frequency control was introduced and motivated.
