Abstract :
A numerical approach to acquire the transient responses of a target subject to arbitrary motion for analysis of micro-Doppler effects is developed. Transforms of coordinates and fields between a stationary laboratory reference and the moving target reference are formulated in terms of relativity. Two examples are provided: one is for a target in motion of translating plus coning, and the other is in motion of translating plus vibrating.
