Abstract :
We propose a FEM full-wave simulation tools with parameterized model order reduction technique in this letter. The construction of the reduced model involves the inverse of a large sparse FEM matrix which is enhanced by the H-LU decomposition direct method. A WR90 waveguide with a dielectric post inside considering the change of the design parameters of the frequency and dielectric constant is simulated to demonstrate the efficiency of the method.
