Abstract
In microwave communication, millimeter frequency synthesizer is applied widely. In order to achieve Ku band signal up-converted from S band, the 9.6GHz local frequency source with high stabilizability and precision is realized from the synthesizer based on high performance digital chip PE3236 which produce 2.4GHz signal, with the use of the fourth multiplier to multiple the signal to fourth and the narrowband passive band-pass filter to suppress and remove the spurious and harmonious signal. The designed microwave LO source´s output voltage is -13.356 dBm, the phase noise is -78.4dBc/Hz@1KHz, the suppression to spurious is better than -45dBc.
