Abstract :
A disguising coating to mimic a tri-sided polygonal cavity located on a metallic ground is present in this paper. Perfect disguising performance can be achieved for TM waves along certain directions. The coating parameters are just homogeneous and anisotropic and relatively easy for practical realizations. Nonmagnetic disguising coating is also studied for further reducing the complexity of the material parameters. Both near magnetic field distribution and average power outflow patterns at an observation semicircle of the disguising coating are simulated for the validation.
