Abstract :
Design of a micromachined 380GHz bandpass filter based on 508μm × 254μm waveguide is presented. Simulation results show an insertion loss of 0.36dB and a return loss of 22.20dB at 380.75 GHz with 2.91% fractional bandwidth.
