Abstract
The model of Ramsey cavity was built by using Ansoft HFSS 12.0 based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). We found that there was the curve relationship between cavity resonance frequency and positions of rod tuner in tuner microwave. We also obtained the optimal position of rod tuner in tuner microwave, which can be used to minimize the frequency bias between cavity and cesium atom transition. This work provides the basis for the structure and principle analysis of cavity in compact cesium atom clock and theoretical guidance for the Ramsey cavity design and manufacture.
