Abstract :
As it has been reported during EFTF´05 meeting on 2004, December 30 the realization of UTC(SU) - the national time scale of Russian Federation - was changed. We continue to maintain autonomous atomic time scale TA(SU) without any changes and started new realization of the steering UTC(SU). The main aim of steering time scale is to generate UTC(SU) as close as possible to the UTC and do not spoil considerably medium term time stability due to steering process. At the moment UTC(SU) time stability relative to UTC σx(τ)≤4 ns for sample time 40 days and σx(τ)≤3 ns for TA(SU) correspondingly. This relations between time stability´s looks quite natural because of time constant in steering filter about two months, so considerable stability improvement in UTC(SU) will be seen for larger sample times.
