Abstract
This paper clarifies roadmap of applications for IoT (Internet of Things) and technical requirements for its communication. Then, it proposes network evolution scenarios using combination of optical and wireless networks to support IoT. Finally, it also proposes technical issues to realize these scenarios and their solutions.
